What is "Pre-Registration"?
Any time we see a new client in our office, we ask for certain information, such as name, address, phone numbers, etc.  If the client is considering filing bankruptcy, we also need to get financial information, such as monthly expenses, creditors owed, employment, etc.  Pre-registering simply means that you will enter this information yourself, via this website, at your own convenience before you ever come into our office.

Who needs to pre-register?
Anyone who has never been a client in our office can pre-register online.  If you have been in our office before, you will already be set up in our computer system, and you do not need to pre-register.

What are the benefits of pre-registering?
Pre-registering can save a great deal of time at your initial appointment.  The paralegal will merely access and review the information you have already entered.  Also, many people will find it less stressful to enter their information at their own pace.
