What is "Pre-Registration"?
Any time a new client comes in our office,
we ask for certain information, such as name, address, phone numbers, etc.
If a client is considering filing bankruptcy, we also need to get financial information,
such as monthly expenses, creditors owed, employment, etc. Pre-registering
simply means that you will enter this information yourself, via this website, at your own convenience before you ever come into our office.

Who needs to pre-register?
Anyone who has never been a client in
our office can pre-register online. If you have been in our office before,
you will already be set up in our computer system, and you do not need to pre-register.

What are the benefits of pre-registering?
Pre-registering can save a great deal
of time at your initial appointment. The paralegal will merely access and
review the information you have already entered. Also, many people will find
it less stressful to enter their information at their own pace.

Isn't it dangerous to enter all
of my personal financial information online?
No. Your information will be secure
and will be seen only by your paralegal or attorney.

Why do I have to create a user
name and password?
Creating a user name and password keeps
your information secure and prevents anyone else from viewing it. It also
gives you access to your information at any time, allowing you to change it or add
to it.
What are the
rules for creating a user name and password?
You can make up your own user name and password. Each must be at least six (6) characters,
but no more than eight (8) characters. You can use letters from the alphabet
or numbers or a combination of both..
Be sure to write down your user name and password
in case you forget them.

What if I forget my password?
If you provided an e-mail address when you began your pre-registration, we can e-mail
your password to you. Simply go to the pre-registration login page and click
on "Forgot your password?" underneath the user name and password fields. If
you do not receive your password, or if you do not have e-mail, call our office
at 479-4188 and ask for assistance.
